Know your players: My Players and the export

Anonymous player cards, New, Return and Regular badges, and a CSV of players or plays.

Reports
Updated October 5, 2026

My Players shows the people behind your plays. Each one has an anonymous player number, so you can see who is new, who comes back and how well they do, without a name or a phone number. You can also export it all as a spreadsheet.

Open My Players

Click My Players in the header.

The four boxes at the top cover all your games and count finished online plays. The filters lower down don't change them.

BoxWhat it shows
Total PlayersHow many different people finished one of your games.
Total SessionsHow many games they finished, all together.
Avg AccuracyThe share of their answers that were right.
Return RateThe share of players who played two games or more.

The player cards

Below the boxes, each player has a card:

  • Player # and four characters: the player's anonymous number.
  • A badge: see below.
  • Games and Sessions: how many of your games they played, and how many plays that came to.
  • Accuracy: the share of their answers that were right, with a bar that is green from 70%, yellow from 40% and red below that.
  • First and Last: the dates of their first and latest play.
BadgeSessions

ReturnTwo to four
RegularFive or more

The cards count phone calls as well as online plays.

Find a player

  • All Games: pick one game to see only its players.
  • Most Recent, Highest Accuracy, Most Sessions or Most Games: the order of the cards.
  • Search player ID...: type a player number to find that player.

How players are told apart

Lexy recognises a player by their account, or by the phone number they played from. Someone who plays online without signing in is harder to follow, so the same person can show up as more than one player. The number stays anonymous either way: it never holds a name, an email address or a phone number.

Export to a spreadsheet

  1. On My Players, click Export. If you picked a game in the filter, the export covers that game only.
  2. Under What to export, choose Players (one row per player) or Plays (one row per game played).
  3. If you like, narrow it with Widget, Site, From and To. Site lists the sites where your games have been played.
  4. Click Download CSV.
ExportIts columns
PlayersPlayer ID, first and last played, days active, plays, games played, questions answered, correct answers, accuracy, then web, phone and QR plays, and the sites they played on.
PlaysWhen it was played, player ID, game, language, site, widget, how it was played (web, phone or QR), device, questions answered, correct answers and accuracy.

The Player ID in the file is eight characters long. Its first four are the number on the player's card, so you can match the two.

Phone calls have no widget or site. They are in the file when you leave Widget and Site on All widgets and All sites, and left out when you pick one.

Widget stats

For one widget's numbers, click Stats on it in My Widgets: its views, play clicks, plays, completions, accuracy, Unique Users, the sites it ran on, and its QR and online play. Choose All Time, Last Week, Last Month or your own Dates.

To see a single game's plays and how each question did, see Read your game stats.

Common questions

Can I see a player's name, email or phone number?

No. My Players and the export show anonymous player numbers only.

Can I see everything one player did?

Yes, in the export. Download Plays (one row per game played) and filter the Player ID column in your spreadsheet. Each row is one game they played.

What is View Player History on my profile?

Your own plays. View Player History on My Profile lists the games you played yourself and your scores. Your players are on My Players.

Why don't the boxes match the cards?

The boxes count finished online plays across all your games. The cards also count phone calls, and follow the game you picked.
